Solar Club™ & AIR MILES® Reward Miles™

1. Contest Period

Contest is valid April 1 to August 31, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to all Solar Club Members in Alberta Canada, the age of 18 or over, excluding employees of AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Utility Network & Partners Inc. as well as members of the immediate families of such employees (living in the same household as the employees). The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

For the purposes of these Contest Rules, regarding the AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ prizes, the entrant is the individual in whose name the AIR MILES collector number has been established and this is the individual to whom the prize will be awarded if he/she is selected and declared a winner.

3. How to Enter

Contest is open to all Solar Club Members that correctly enter their AIR MILES collector number into My Account on the Spot Power website prior to August 31, 2024. If the information you provide when entering is inaccurate, your entry will be void. Limit of one entry per Member.

No Purchase Necessary. To enter without any purchase entrants may hand print their name, address, e-mail address, postal code, and phone number on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and sign it. Place the entry form in an envelope and mail it with sufficient postage to: 1316 9 Ave SE #200, Calgary, AB T2G 0T3, Utility Network & Partners Inc. Entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2024. Limit of one (1) entry per envelope with sufficient postage. Faxed or e-mailed entries will be disqualified. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Utility Network & Partners Inc. shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.

4. Prize Description

Five (5) Grand Prizes of 1,000 AIR MILES® Reward Miles™, one of which will be drawn at the end of each month from April to August 2024 (April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024, and August 31st, 2024). The prizes will be issued 30 days after each draw. Prize will be provided via electronic transfer to winner’s AIR MILES Collector Account. To ensure that the winner receives the Prize in their Collector Account, winner should ensure their balance preference (AIR MILES Cash or AIR MILES Dream balance) is set as desired prior to the Prize being posted in their Collector Account.

Five (5) Grand Prizes of $1,000, one of which will be drawn at the end of each month from April to August 2024 (April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024, and August 31st, 2024). The prizes will be issued 30 days after each draw to the winners’ chosen bank account.

The approximate retail value of an AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ prize depends on the chosen method of redemption, available Reward options at the time of redemption, and the set preference between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances. If redeemed with AIR MILES Cash, 95 Cash Miles can be used in-store for $10 towards purchases at participating AIR MILES Partners or 95 Cash Miles can be used online for eVouchers for $10 worth of value at participating Reward Partners. If redeemed for flights, value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. Winner must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ used for non-flight Reward options depends on Reward options in effect at the time of redemption. AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.

5. Prize Drawing

The winners will be randomly selected via a draw from all eligible entries received prior to each draw date and within the Contest Period. The draws with take place at 1316 9 Ave SE #200, Calgary, AB T2G 0T3, Utility Network & Partners Inc. on April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024, and August 31st, 2024. The winners will be contacted by email & telephone at least three (3) times within seven (7) days. If the winners cannot be contacted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no record towards Utility Network & Partners Inc. or its affiliates.

To win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone, and they will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Utility Network & Partners Inc. from all liability relating to the Contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to Utility Network & Partners Inc. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, or Utility Network & Partners Inc. or anyone involved in the Contest.

6. Condition of Participation

Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Contest Rules by entrant. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Utility Network & Partners Inc. do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the prizes. The prize winner(s) agrees by accepting the prize to release AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Utility Network & Partners Inc. from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the prize(s) as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes and in all mediums utilized by AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Utility Network & Partners Inc. without payment or compensation. Winner must agree to acknowledge the win on Utility Network & Partners Inc.’s social media platforms.

7. Chance of Winning

Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received on or before the day of each draw within the Contest Period.

8. Ownership of the Contest

The contest is managed by Utility Network & Partners Inc. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc. and RMG Loyalty are in no way connected to the management of this contest.

9. Enrollment in the AIR MILES® Reward Program

If a potential winner of AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ is not an AIR MILES® collector, they may enroll in the AIR MILES® Reward Program by visiting airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time.

Solar Club™ Members

1. Contest Offer

5 Grand Prizes of $1,000.00 CAD each will be awarded. Contest starts April 1st, 2024, until August 31st, 2024. All Solar Club Members enrolled as of April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024 and August 31st, 2024 will be entered into the corresponding draws for the Solar Club Contest.

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to all Solar Club Members in and Residents of Alberta, Canada, the age of 18 or over, excluding Utility Network & Partners Inc. as well as businesses with employees in the immediate families of such business (living in the same household as the employees). The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Contest is open to all Solar Club Members as of April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024 and August 31st, 2024, corresponding with the draw dates as well as all residents of Alberta age 18 years old or over. Existing Members do not need to take any further action. Prospective Members must be fully enrolled before 11:59 PM on April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024 and August 31st, 2024, to be entered in the draw(s) following that date. No purchase necessary.

4. No Purchase Necessary & Mail-In Entries (required by Criminal Code of Canada)

5. Prize Description

Five (5) Grand Prizes of $1,000 CAD, one of which will be drawn at the end of each month from April to August 2024 (April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024, and August 31st, 2024). The Prize will be issued thirty (30) days after the end date of the Contest closing, April 30th, 2024, May 31st, 2024, June 30th, 2024, July 31st, 2024 and August 31st, 2024. Prize will be provided via bank transfer to winner’s Solar Club members bank account. The Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
