The Solar Club Foundation™
Investing in the communities where we live and work
About the Solar Club Foundation

The Solar Club Foundation was created to extend the impact of Alberta’s growing solar community beyond energy generation and into the communities where we live and work.
At its core, the Foundation reflects a simple belief:
Environmental stewardship and human opportunity are interconnected. Strong communities depend on both a healthy natural envirnoment and stable social systems that give individuals and families the opportunity to move forward with confidence.
Together we can truly make a positive impact
The Solar Club Foundation is proud to support investments in three main initiatives.

FearIsNotLove is a Calgary-based organization dedicated to ending domestic violence and supporting individuals and families impacted by abuse.
The Solar Club Foundation is proud to support FearIsNotLove with a $50,000.00 contribution to their Healthy Relationships program. This program helps youth build the skills needed for safe, respectful, and positive relationships while addressing the impacts of domestic violence and unhealthy relationship patterns. Through education, early intervention, and access to support, it empowers young people with the confidence, awareness, and tools to create healthier connections in their lives and communities.

Homes for Heroes Foundation is a Canadian charity dedicated to supporting military veterans as they transition out of homelessness into stable, independent living.
The Solar Club Foundation is proud to support Homes for Heroes with a $50,000.00 contribution towards the launch of a Dental Care Pilot Program for veterans in Calgary and Edmonton transitioning out of homelessness. Many veterans entering stable housing require urgent dental care after years without treatment, which can affect their overall health, confidence, and ability to move forward. This program provides access to essential and restorative dental services, helping veterans improve their well-being and build a stronger foundation for long-term stability.
World Wildlife Fund Canada

By drawing on Indigenous knowledge and implementing nature-based solutions that challenge the way we work and redefine humanity’s relationship with the planet. Their long-term vision is simple: to create a world where people and nature thrive.
The Solar Club Foundation is proud to support WWF-Canada with a $50,000 commitment between 2025 and 2030. This funding contributes to efforts that protect wildlife, restore natural habitats, and address the impacts of climate change across Canada. Through conservation programs, research, and community-based initiatives, this work supports long-term environmental sustainability and helps safeguard Canada’s ecosystems for future generations.
